Hi to everyone,

With this blog my intention is to share in a simple and understandable language a great passion: photography.


The desire to capture the world in all its forms: the landscapes, people, nature in general, what we have clearly before our eyes, or what is not visible except through specific tools.

Photography is a visual art and as such has two fundamental aspects: the technical and the artistic.

Using a proper technique allows to achieve the result and adequate post-production (in jargon PP) allows to enhance the shot.
Mastering the technique is challenging but be sure that, with proper dedication, everyone can shot pictures technically correct.

The artistic component is unlimited, constrained only by our creativity. In this, the technique is required in order to realize an idea.

Taking a similarity with writing technique can be grammar, punctuation or simply the general ability to write. But knowing how to write is of little use if you do not know what to write.
Therefore the most important thing is to freeze the moment, to catch a glance, a gesture, the entire situation, in other words emotions.

Step by step we will examine the tools we need to achieve what we set (an idea) or to react quickly to what we see (the moment)
